I agree, not really harder than level 1 but I need to work on my form in level 2. Day 1 level 2 done. Also added on 9 minutes You Tube video of kickboxing abs because I didn't feel I did the cardio/abs portions well enough. And my wrists hurt
I definately think the ab portion wasnt enough either...Do you see a difference yet? we are up to the same level...I really dont see a difference yet...0 -

Day 4 level 1 done! Getting easier but I can really feel it in my shoulders. Not sure how heavy my weights are as the bar itself is quite weighty, but using 2 1kg, so I reckon it must be about 5lbs on each side. Will increase this next week!0

A bit late I guess, I just joined today and saw this wonderful post>. I have Never heard of this kind of exercise before, but I you-tubed it... I will definately give it a try!

IS there any kind of diets we have to follow with these exercises? or do they work on their own?

Day 5 finished in the afternoon. My neck does not bother me so much anymore. The jumping jacks ever though a little hard on my knees, I can handle it. 5 more days to go and all be over with level 1.0 -
I did day 3 of 30 Day Sim Down. It was my first time doing No More Trouble Zones. JM can go eat rocks, especially for the surrender move.
OMG. Arms with weights up straight above your head the whole time. Start standing, go down on one knee, go down on both knees, go up on one knee, push up to standing. Thought I was gonna die.0 -

I have been doing her vids every now and again. I started lv 3 this week and can say I like it. I still hate lunges :grumble: I do like squats. Tonight I did butt bible lv 2 and taebo advanced upper body.0

Nope not a big difference, maybe my upper abs are a bit tighter, I haven't measured since I started but I took some pics yesterday and din't see a difference. Hoping level 2 will give me some muscle confusion and I will see results soon. Really we're not even halfway through though so I think we just need to give it more time
I took yesterday as my rest day instead of today because we did a bunch of bike riding and walking (went to a parade then a theme park). I did 30 minutes of Just Dance today and level 2 day 20 -
Level 2 day 3 done!!! I think I like level 2 better than level 1...Well actually I hate them both but I hate level 2 a little less:laugh:0

i started it a couple weeks ago and got as far as day 2 of level 2 then fell off the wagon ....was planning to start over at square 1 again tomorrow.

Was gone over the weekend, so I'm picking back up now... did level 1, day 9... one more day then level 2! Shockingly it felt pretty awesome... I thought it'd be killer since I took a few days off.0
