I'm a few days behind on reporting, its just been busy but I weighed this past Friday. I haven't lost much but none of my work pants fit me in the waist anymore so I count that as a victory as well. I hope to start seeing it on the scale VERY soon.0 -

I am training for a half marathon on April 7 so that training will be most of my fitness in March!
3/1 started this morning with a quick 3 mile run
3/2 did my "long" run for the week - 8 miles in under 1hour 20 minutes - YEAH!
3/3 3 mile recovery run at a good pace - just under 10 minute mile.
3/4 3 mile run
3/5 3 mile run in the rain at 35 degrees - brr!
3/6, 3/7, 3/8 total of 9 miles (3 per day)
3/9/13 - long run today 9 miles
3/15 - have another 18 miles.
3/16 - 10 mile training run today
3/17-3/20 logged another 11 miles
decided I would like 110 miles in March -have 77 done, 33 to go
looks like everyone is making progress...keep it up!0 -

Lost 2lbs so far this month, not quite what I was hoping for but theres still time (and I have lost a couple inches). I'll definately try to stick harder to my calorie goal and not binge eat all the bad stuff in my fridge, and maybe try and make it to an extra class each week for a total of five, or do some more zumba at home.0 -

Well this blows :frown: :frown: :frown: I really expected to come off TOM week with a totally great loss. But I believe it is my own fault. I have reviewed my dairy and for the past two weeks I have been solidly way over on my sodium which for me causes horrible water retention. I have no heart issues or anything that I have to be careful with sodium, the only issue is the bloating I get which of course reflects on the scale.
So my goal for the next week beside to get a better scale number is to really focus on my sodium content for the week. I want to keep it under or as close to 2500 each day as possible. This will be a struggle as sport season has started back up and that forces more Fast Food into our lives. I have figured out how to that and stay within cal range but it usually puts me way over on sodium.
