I sometimes have the same issue and find myself in the bathroom asking, how do I work this thing? Oatmeal, yogurt and coffee seem to be my magic sauce, hope you find yours!

    Sangria.

Think of it as a poop cocktail.

I always go within 10 minutes of eating. My coworkers are convinced I have dumping syndrome... google it, it's real.

Are you pooping in your profile picture by any chance?

    That was my question.

I wanted to caption her picture with:

    "I don't always go poop...but when I do, I make this face."

Drink coffee, or go for a run. Even more fun would be to eat a buttload of chocolate. That'll get things going for sure.

Buttload seems to be the problem.

My go to solution is mango and papaya.

Or is that go two, go too?

    Definitely that

That happened to me too when I started eating cleaner, I think it's because your body isn't used to having so much less calories and fat.
I recently started stirring in two teaspoons of benefiber into my morning coffee and it works great! Been at least twice a day since. Make sure you're getting enough water too.

500mg of magnesium oxide I can guarantee it will work! Or keep taking more until your running to the BR.

Add fiber, flax seed, and maybe take a magnesium supplement.

I heard that coffee and/or apples are great for making you need to go. I'm not sure though since I don't really have either.

For me, porridge works. I have it most mornings and within a half hour of that I'm good to go. If I have a different breakfast, then I'm not.

If you eat too much fiber, don't drink enough water, it can constipate you. Try coffee and like a spoon of prune juice in the morning. Can't taste it in there. I had to do this in my pregnancy, the prenatals constipate me so bad.

I do not care for prune juice, but I try to eat 2 prunes a day. (good fruit for my diabetes too). I will have them as a snack with a glass of vanilla almond milk. I have noticed that the Sunsweet "ones" individually wrapped, do not work as good as the box I get at Aldi stores. called something grove in yellow box. They are smaller prunes and seem a bit moister. I eat lots of cheese (which will bind you up), and 2 of these prunes a day keeps me regular. once a day to visit my dear friend 'John".

Prunes get a bad wrap. they really are not bad. They taste kinda like a bigger raisin.

A couple packages of plain instant oatmeal in the morning doesn't hurt.
