Does nobody care about all that fat?
YOLO buddy, YOLO0 -
I really don't like McDonalds, but if I have to go, I get a seared chicken salad (111 cals) and a small Sprite Zero (2 cals)
Last time I got a small fries too (243 cals) That isn't a normal thing though, McDonalds fries are kinda yuck. Always soggy.0 -
Ewwwwwwwwwww processed food, what the hell is in the wraps though? Could be anything they put in it.
Actually it's just shredded iceberg lettuce, shredded cheddar/Jack cheese and a half of a chicken breast filet with ranch dressing on a flour tortilla. All ingredients the same as if you went to the store and bought them yourself.
As a matter of fact, McDonald's doesn't produce any of their own ingredients. They contract that out to familiar producers like, Kraft, Newman's Own, Tyson, etc.0 -
Have you had a blood panel done recently? McD's is my fave and wondered if you noticed any side effects and how often do you eat it? I eat one meal from there and feel sluggish and full for two days.0

I eat there maybe twice a year?
I'm usually okay because I just have a salad, but if I try to eat a burger or something, I feel ill for the whole rest of the day. A bit nauseous, very headachey.0 -

I've heard about that, but I don't think I could do that... I mean, it would be so mean to make the employees do all that extra work, just to give me unsalted fries, and then negate it all with a packet of salt!
I'd rather just not get them xD I don't really like them anyways0 -
Cool story bro but burger king is still better0

This lol. I have to watch how much fat I eat, I don't think the 12g or whatever in a cheeseburger would do me much good.0 -
Google pink slime. The thought of Mc Donald's makes me sick after knowing what they put in there no matter how good people claim it tastes!!0

McDonald's no longer uses the, so called, pink slime in their production. A process, by the way, which the USDA still approves. Which is why McDonald's ever used it to begin with. It used to be considered a good thing to use as much of the meat on the bones as possible so as to not waste any.0 -
I eat 1 to 2 meals a day five days a week there and have lost 32 lbs. since Jan. 7th in the process.
That's a lot of McDonalds :huh:0 -

I don't even try. Those snack wraps are poison to me.0 -
:drinker: LOVE McDonalds Coffee, and My Favorite Walk of the Week is Sunday Morning when I walk to McDonalds and have Oatmeal and Coffee before Church. If I am still hungry, I can stop at 7-11 on the way home and grab a Banana.
Many times in the evening, I have to take a Client to a Drive Thru for Dinner. You can't do better than one of the Salads at McDonalds or Braum's. I can always add Fruit and a glass of Milk when I get home.0 -
Why not get a real burger from a local joint made with real fresh beef?
Exactly! If I want a burger it ain't gonna be from Mickey D's!0 -
2 McDoubles
1 Diet Coke
780 cals, 46 grams protein, $ 3.58

Right there with you brother, lol.0 -

Love it!
I've been doing the southwest salad with 1 southwest dressing packet. YUMOLA!
390 Calories
27 Protein
14 Fat Grams
39 Cabs
990 Sodium
This. Except I do without the dressing, really don't need it. There's already a lime glaze on it
I'll try it without the dressing next time. I love the salad with the squirt of lime. Grilled chicken of course!0 -

That is a lot of McDonald's and yet, I've managed to lose 32 lbs. so far with more coming off yet. How is that possible when, as urban legend says, McDonald's isn't real food and is responsible for the obesity epidemic around the globe?0 -
you can lose weight with a tapeworm, too!0

Love this thread. I have been telling folks a while that it is possible to eat healthy at McDonalds and the low cost provides peope with money for other things or simply enough money to eat anything.0
