    That it's totally normal to feel bloated and achy prior to my menstrual cycle - and the scale might reflect some water weight too. How did I live so long and NOT know that?!

    THIS. I would never have thought to notice that I've had cramps, bloating, and food cravings in my ENTIRE TWENTY PLUS YEARS OF MENSTRUATING if it weren't for MFP!
