Just came across this thread this afternoon. I have been looking for different goals for my weight loss and I think this is a great idea. I will definitely be starting today. My only question is what kind of squats are everyone doing? I normally incorporate Chalice squats with 5lb weights into my workouts so I guess as long as there are no comments against it I'll do mine that way.
