  • Currently craving fruit!!
    Kiwi fruits, plums, apples, pears, melon, mangoes, persimmons, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, guavas, passion fruits, figs, clementines, grapes, pineapple, pomegranate, cherries....

    Also love dried fruit and nuts, bell peppers, cucumber, spinach, tomatoes, yoghurt, cottage cheese, porridge oats, eggs - but not craving these at present.

    Broccolli, asparagus, arugala (sp?), OMG SPINACH!! I could put spinach in everything or just eat it raw with a light vinagrette. I guess I just love the green stuff and I love my fiber in the form of home made black beans!

    also i should add oatmeal as i have it every single day and cannot leave the house without it, yes, it is an unhealthy healthy obsession ;) the options are ENDLESS

    Another one of my new Healthy foods I'm loving is roasted shelled almonds! I've eaten almonds all my life, but never with the shell on them, it makes eating them fun and they are really yummy too!

    Greek yogurt and bananas. I must have these on hand at all times or I go crazy :)

    Almost the same, I have to have Greek yogurt, berries, flax and chia seeds every day, it is something I really look forward to and is my staple lunch. This evening for dinner I am having smoked haddock, I love fresh fish with steamed veggies - mmmm.

    another thing I'm really loving is what I call "almost fries"or "kinda fries"...just a plain ole baked potato (or half of one), with NOTHING on it or a bit of raw coconut butter and the skin. The YUM! I always thought that eating a plain baked potato with nothing on it was unbearable--I've been WRONG! The skin on the potato gives it a sweet taste and now I crave that more than french fries!

    I've been craving peaches lately. But I live in the northeast and we won't get any good peaches here for months. I also love my salads with a little bit of blue cheese and kalamata olives.

    Roasted veggies with an egg on it--can throw in some beans or a single slice of bacon crisped up, but it isn't necessary.

    Last night I had purple cauliflower, tomatoes, asparagus, and a few potato slices with the egg and a tablespoon of parm.

    I've also done kale, mushrooms, onion, and white beans.

    And zucchini, eggplant, and spinach.

    Now I'm hungry.

    This sounds really tremendous. I've never had purple cauliflower, but love cauliflower so much--I could eat it everyday--lightly steamed and loaded with fresh herbs and spices--YUM!

    Sushi! I LOOOVE SuSHi! Not all of it it low cal (like the Tempura and crunchy stuff), or stuff with a lot of spicy mayo, but there ARE many healthy options.

    I crave cottage cheese. It's nuts. :D But yummy. I love dairy, and love salty stuff, so it just mixes right for me I guess. I also crave homemade pizza, potatoes, eggs, onions+green pepper, etc. Oh, and the chili I make in my crockpot! :D

    I think one of my fave snacks is strawberries with goat's cheese, and kalamata olives! YUM! Also, I could eat avocado on absolutely anything, and I love peaches, raspberries, oranges, and pineapple.

    Asparagus- I can seriously eat a whole head of it steamed for a snack.

    ^ This! I also love guacamole, chickpeas and Hairy Dieters Sweet and Sour Chicken though I am vegetarian so make it with quorn. I swear it tastes better than any sweet and sour I've ever had from a takeaway.

    Fresh fruit....particularly berries. I'm NUTS about Strawberries, but the combination of them, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries in a fruit salad is EVEN BETTER!
