Starting today till next friday.

Challenge is to get at least 8 cups of water each day.

    I am down with the challenge and the group name.

    to let you all know what else i have been trying, i am trying to do some intervals from bodyrock.tv . and i just went for a long rollerblade today.

    hopefully my number improves by next friday!

    Can I join this group? I have 5 pounds to go - I really need the motivation to keep me at it - because it's been slow - I want to get to my goal weight and maintain it. I goal date is 10/10/10 - my wedding date!! My weigh in is on Fridays so that perfect! I also like the weekly challenge too.

    My start weight is 130 goal weight is 125

    Did we decide on an end date? My goal weight is my ultimate goal, not my goal weight for the end of this challenge because I don't know when this challenge is ending!

    fixed it on the official chart... sorry it was tedious switching back and forth making it so I knew I would have made some mistakes!

    Thanks AnneElise! Your hard work on this is much appreciated! How do we check in for this challenge? Should i keep track of my water intake each day, and then post it on friday, or is it a weight check in on friday? I have never participated in a group challenge like this before, but i'm loving it!

    ive kinda been stuck soooo i hope this really helps!

    TOM got me to 119.6 at the moment but im making good choices and hope i start losing soon.



    im thinking after TOM is gone (monday) i might do a bit zig-zagging.
    i wanna do this to break out of my plateau. who's with me????

    any idea how were gonna do this challenge?

    oh and i think we should all be friends. ADD ME GIRLS!! :flowerforyou:

    Oh boy, this thing took off like a rocket!! Thanks for picking that name ladies :blushing: So a water challenge is great. I have been having tummy issues and I think low water intake is a part of the problem.

    My internet usage will be limited for the next week or so (I am driving cross country with my cousin), but whenever we stop at a hotel I will do my best to check in!!

    Best of luck ladies...we can do this!!

    ETA: We should all be friends. I am going to try and add ppl as I see them. If I miss you just add me!!

    On glass #9 of my daily water intake!! I will be getting plenty of exercise tonight, I am doing a Relay For Life walk and I will be walking around a track for 2hrs!! Good luck everyone, this should be fun!!:bigsmile:

    I've been drinking water all day...which is pretty normal for me. Definitely on #8 or #9 by now. :) My little challenge that I am going to add for myself with this is to put ice in the water. I usually just drink it room temp straight from the tap. I know ice water is better, so I'll be adding ice to the 12 glasses I usually drink. :)

    Hi guys,
    Really excited for this challenge / group! The water challenge is a good one for me, I'm GREAT at drinking water at work but usually pretty terrible after work and on the weekends. I just went for a big run this morning without meaning to but it was such a nice day compared to what it has been like that I couldn't help myself :) So hopefully that works in my favour!

    OK- So 8 glasses on water today? I am on it!
    My father in law is here this weekend and we have a baseball game to go to tomorrow... I'll be getting up to pee at every inning!!!

    Today's water was easy - I usually drink 9-10 glasses a day. This weekend will be a true "challenge" for me - family reunion on Saturday and Hershey Park on Sunday. I'm packing 1/2 a case of water for me, DH and the kids, but I think I will be drinking most of the bottles! :tongue:

    Got in 10 glasses of water today, and stayed under my calories despite having dinner at a friend's house :bigsmile:

    This is great. I need to drink more water and normally don't drink more than 4 glasses/day. I had to make myself get to 8 today.

    If I add a crystal light packet to my water, does that still count as a glass of water? Just curious because I usually drink a bottle of water with crystal light every morning.

    love this i am so determined for my 8 glasses a day its just gone noon so far ive managed 4 down side i need bathroom every 5 minutes but if it helps weight to go ill cope lol
