    Kale chips with olive oil, pink salt and cumin. Ohh soo good!!!
    Greek yogurt with my homade, low sugar local blueberry preserves
    peanut butter protien shakes with chocolate and bananna (that's still healthy, right?)
    slow roasted root veggies- beets, kohlrabi, butternut squash, celery root...
    baby spinach

    Ok, going to find lunch now!

    * Pumpkin protein muffins (recipe from this website: http://dashingdish.com/recipe/moist-pumpkin-protein-muffins/) - I eat at least one or two every day. Feels like I'm eating something more decadent :)

    * Salads made with mixed greens, goat cheese, sliced strawberries and some chicken - I haven't tired of this lunch food yet

    * Van's whole grain waffles with sliced strawberries (breakfast) - I can't remember the last time I ate any breakfast food with syrup.

    I ALWAYS hated mushrooms, or so I thought...now I LOVE them, especially in salads--YUM!

    I had roasted aparagus tonight and it was tremendous. Like mushrooms, I used to hate aparagus (and most veggies) now I LOVE THEM and crave them daily!

    And nuts of course, like everyone else, but I try to avoid them as I prefer the roasted/salted versions which are so naughty :smile:

    I love guacamole, hummus, and salsa... I have trouble using healthy foods to dip in them though. Sometimes I use baby carrots or cucumber... but sometimes tortilla chips or pretzels blah.

    I crave salads with baked chicken CONSTANTLY. And sauteed broccoli (olive oil and garlic). Those two things are my healthy food addictions.
