I also just replied to another thread, but will share here, too. On the left I was 30 years old and about 340. On the right, I am now 46 and weigh between 135-140. I'm 5'7" tall.

Yes it is true. Putting on a lot of weight ages you. Especially when you gain a lot in the face area. I took my profile picture 2 weeks ago and compared it to a picture from 2 years and OMG, how depressing. I am looking forward to looking younger again. But be careful, I've seen people who lost too much weight and looked older and sick.0

Oh my goodness you're gorgeous!0

Keep at it, you are doing great and looking good!!0

Before you say, I don't care if you preferred the way we looked before, this is our success and our goals, we don't trample on your garden, we ask the same.
Don't hate on us please! :flowerforyou:
how much do you work out each day to get such huge results in just 4 months?
i'm interested in how they skipped to 10/2013 to get those results.... last i checked, it was still March 2013..... hmm...
regardless of date typo, that is a lot of HARD work to get there. congratulations.
***edit**** i just realized they write out their dates in a different order than we do in the states. I withdrawl my comment, lol.0 -
