    I'd like to join please....I joined MFP a week ago (again). It's been nearly two years since I have used MFP, as I Have had a baby inbetween who is now 15months old. Time to lose the baby weight!!

    2. Stop eating when full

    Make sure to eat more slowly because it takes a while for your brain to realize how full your stomach is (aprox. 20 min), and the general rule of thumb is to eat until "satisfied" not "full"

    Start a new exercise program and I believe my calorie intake was too low. So increased from 1200 to 1500.

    Great! So glad everyone wants to join. Here are my stats.

    GW for April 155, but ultimately to kick the 160's to the curb!

    Now that warm weather is approaching I plan on jogging 3 days a week and doing Jillian Michaels 6 days a week.
    Hope everyone has success using this. The March forum helped me lose 8 lbs last month!

    Hi - definitely need to join the challenge - I've been comfort eating like crazy over stress of possibly losing my job...and guess what I lost it!

    So in order to feel like I've got some control still in my life the plan is...lose the stupid misery weight, exercise and feel happier...and go out and find that new job!!!!

    How do I plan to achieve this goal?
    Same as I've been doing...eating clean, good-fuel foods, keeping the calories at some deficit, keeping up with the weight training, at least 3 times a week. Hooping, dancing, spin classes, running, yoga etc...usually 5 times a week, and when it gets warmer here, skating, kayaking, bicycling... lots of outdoors activities. :)

    I am in... )))) Just healthy food and exercises! jogging and walking, swimming and working out! no weight loss program, no pills (as they are not that good you know http://www.pissedconsumer.com/browse-reviews/weight-loss-programs.html) it will be great! I feel so sore after such a long winter! And I have things to work on!

    How I plan on doing it: Keep up with exercising and eating healthy. My semester break is over so I have to figure out how to make things work all together. Hence the relatively meager goal.
