Sadly, I gained 1 pound this week. I'm disappointed as I felt as though I had a great week, but moving on and hoping my body will more than make up with the gain with a fabulous loss next week!0

Lost 2 lbs this week, been stuck at 124 lbs for 2 months but broke through and now weighed in at 122 lbs. 2 more pounds to go before I hit my goal.

I'm a Friday weigher. Down 1 pound from 153.8 to 152.8! I need to start checking the food diaries of some of you guys that can lose up to 2 pounds a week. I cant seem to lose more than just the one point and sometimes its less.0

I'm a new Friday weigher and first time MFP poster. Went from weighing every evening to Friday mornings. Also took my first pictures and am anxious to continue to see progress. Lost 3.5 lbs in just over a week. Some certainly attributable to morning versus evening weighing, but a positive result nonetheless.0

Lost 3.2 lbs. this week, for a total of 24.4 lbs. since 2/24/130 -
Down 0.6lbs. Total loss of 48.6lbs0

Down 1.1! I'll take it! actually down .4 from my recent "lowest" but I was up .5 last week.....I really can't wait for my current mini goal which is just 2.6 more lbs!! lol...then that puts me in the 120's! barely - but still!!!! here's hoping! and working hard to get there!0
