            Good challenge. My Zumba Instructor requires 100 squats from the participants after every class. It is truly brutal, but hopefully it is working.0

            I'm in!! :bigsmile: Quick tip they taught me at the gym is to get a exercise ball and prop it up on the wall until you feel comfortable balancing on your own. It seems to be a wee bit easier but same results as well. Hope this helps!0
