I try not to ban things but there are quite a few things that I try to limit...

    1) Candy (specifically anything minty - Junior Mints, York, etc)
    2) Thin mints
    3) Ice cream
    4) Sugary coffee creamer
    5) Juice

I have an undeniable sweet tooth and a strong history of diabetes in my family, so I can't afford to indulge as much as I'd like. I stick to the everything-in-moderation rule!

    - Walkers Sensations
    - white bread (soft, white, squishy bread becomes a heavenly blank canvas for anything spreadable in the house)

    3. Sugary Cereals, such as Fruity Pebbles and Cap'n Crunch....3/4 c is a serving??? for who? an anorexic 1 year old?

Yes, my husband is a cereal monster! He wants to get bigger bowls for cereal since our normal sized ones simply wont do- Usually it's the night-time go-to "snack" ... 3/4c is absurd.
