    I like where you're going with that. :happy:

    Mine are: 1) Diet Dr. Pepper :noway: (I'm down to only 3 a day now.), 2) pink lady apple (have one about 4 days a week, easy snack while I'm working), and 3) Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich (can you say con-ve-ni-ence foo-d?)

    Claussen - Kosher Dill Pickle Spears: my second favorite snack
    Equate Ultra Weight Loss Shake - Protein Shake: every morning because I'm too tired to make breakfast.

    Kirkland fat-free Greek yogurt (plain)
    Skinny B cereal (just hemp hearts, buckwheat, and chia seeds)
    Orange blossom honey

    Makes sense, because I eat those three things for breakfast most mornings.

    Makes sense given that I normally have a breadroll with chicken and either hommus or avocado for lunch most days.

    1. White Rice -Steamed White Rice - I'm Asian, don't judge :laugh:

    2. Bananas-Raw - I always have one after a workout :smile:

    3. Bread-Gardenia Enriched White Bread - I know it's not the healthiest bread, but it's so convenient that I can't help it :laugh:
  • 1. Gala Apple - Yum. At least one a day. Sometimes more..
    2. Soy milk - in my coffee every morning, and in any smoothie I make
    3. Dempster's 100% whole wheat bread. Toast and PB are my go-to snack/quick breakfast/post-workout/pre-run/everything food

    Looks pretty good... fourth one in is sugar though, hmm.
  • 1. Mother - Sugar free energy drink. I am totally addicted to this and have gone cold turkey this week. Day 2 and suffering a major headache.

    2. Chicken Breast Raw - I eat around 200g chicken breast 2 - 3 times a day most days. Between my daughter (who doesn't eat red meat) and I we probably eat around 5kg of chicken breast a week

    3. Corn kernels I love corn it's my absolute favourite. If I had to be stuck on a deserted island I'd be happy as long as I had corn

    LOL, that was a surprising exercise! I don't have a pic to share, sorry. But your post got me curious so I went and looked. First thing I noticed is that my list was sorted alphabetically instead of by frequency. Now I know why foods I never eat anymore are always at the top of the "Recent" list!!!! LOL And I'm so happy I changed the sort back to frequency! (Thank you for that!)

    Other interesting thing is that the top six things in my Recent list are all vitamins except my daily coffee/cream. I'm still deciding how I feel about that.... lol ...but pretty sad, huh? :tongue:

    I'm not tracking food right now, but these would still be at the top since I have them every day. Of actual food (not drinks or oil) it would be apple, tomato and onion. I have those most days too.

    1 - Coffee creamer (2 tsp every weekday morning!)
    2 - avocado (I eat half of one with fresh lemon and salt every weekday morning)
    3 - grapefruit (eat one pretty much every day, so yummy & filling!)

    Breakfast most used are:

    Coconut oil
    Almonds
    Strawberries.

    I don't eat the strawberries for breakfast now, just coconut oil and almonds. I do eat berries almost every day for lunch.
