    1. Gala Apple - Yum. At least one a day. Sometimes more..
    2. Soy milk - in my coffee every morning, and in any smoothie I make
    3. Dempster's 100% whole wheat bread. Toast and PB are my go-to snack/quick breakfast/post-workout/pre-run/everything food

Looks pretty good... fourth one in is sugar though, hmm.
  • 1. Mother - Sugar free energy drink. I am totally addicted to this and have gone cold turkey this week. Day 2 and suffering a major headache.

    2. Chicken Breast Raw - I eat around 200g chicken breast 2 - 3 times a day most days. Between my daughter (who doesn't eat red meat) and I we probably eat around 5kg of chicken breast a week

    3. Corn kernels I love corn it's my absolute favourite. If I had to be stuck on a deserted island I'd be happy as long as I had corn

LOL, that was a surprising exercise! I don't have a pic to share, sorry. But your post got me curious so I went and looked. First thing I noticed is that my list was sorted alphabetically instead of by frequency. Now I know why foods I never eat anymore are always at the top of the "Recent" list!!!! LOL And I'm so happy I changed the sort back to frequency! (Thank you for that!)

Other interesting thing is that the top six things in my Recent list are all vitamins except my daily coffee/cream. I'm still deciding how I feel about that.... lol ...but pretty sad, huh?

    Unsweetened soy milk
    chocolate protein powder
    extra virgin olive oil

I'm not tracking food right now, but these would still be at the top since I have them every day. Of actual food (not drinks or oil) it would be apple, tomato and onion. I have those most days too.

    Breakfast most used are:

    Coconut oil
    Almonds
    Strawberries.

I don't eat the strawberries for breakfast now, just coconut oil and almonds. I do eat berries almost every day for lunch.
