Well we went for ice cream yesterday and I ate some. I thought the calories would be through the roof but they were about half of what I expected so we'll see how that goes. I didn't officially workout on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday but I cleaned and walked and shopped. I did get back into the workout tonight. I can feel my body firming up but with a soft outter layer.:blushing:

Okay so yesterday I was under calories but over on sodium and fat ugggghhhhh!! (Today willbe better)
I had a great workout day yesterday went to the gym 60 min kickboxing, 10 min just dance, 25 crunches push up and lunges and then came home 20 min walk the dog plus 30 day shred day 1 level 1.0 -

SO hot in toronto yesterday! 44 celcius with the humidity! I still managed to make my self go to the gym for a 3.5 mile run on the treadmill. Sweat like a PIG, but felt better after.

I have a bike that I ride with the kids in a little kiddie trailer. I also have a baby weight workout I do through Parent's Magazine. I've been doing that 3 days a week. I just need to get my food intake under control.0

I am almost done with my 30D shred and i am hoping to start Chalean extreme. Please has any one done Chalean Extreme? What can you say about that? Does it help with weight loss or how much weight loss did you achieve. Anything at all will be so much appreciated. Hey there July people! I've actually lost a couple of pounds so far this month, 2 down and 4 to go, yeah!! I just found out yesterday that I am vitamin D deficient have to take a Rx from my doctor, and since I've learned that could be causing a lot of my joint pains (my ankles maybe??), my daily severe fatigue, and a host of other things I've been complaining about for a long time now. So I'm pretty anxious to see if this changes things for me.

Congrats to the weight losers this week. I hope to join you soon. Tomorrow is my weigh in and I'm down 3 pounds (after gaining 2). If it holds, I'll log it. I will owe it to doing well over the weekend and working out for 5 days. So simple, right. :laugh: I'm also drinking more water. It feels so good to just live life. Of course there's meal planning and exercise but it's becoming more natural.
So, I may have mentioned this before but I've learned that I can't do challenges. They stress me out and I end up sabotaging myself. I only bring it up because I wanted to join one but had to stop myself. I'm doing fine without it. I love our accountability here though.0 -

Second, thanks for the support, I am glad to be part of this group.
I have decided to embrace no weight gain, especially over the holiday weekend. I tend to lose in chunks, 2 - 5 pounds at a time. I am hoping that will still be the case. I am definitely losing inches so it feels good to have loose clothes.

I weighed in this morning, and I am so excited to report that I lost the full 4 pounds that I had gained last week, plus another two!! . I'm pretty excited, as this puts me into the 140's!!! YAY!!!!! And it also puts me at only 8.8 pounds away from my overall goal!! If I can do a pound a week I will be there in 9 weeks! I really needed this today, as I was having a really rough week. Thanks to all of you for your comments My biggest problem still looms over me unfortunately...I seem to have reinjured my hernia site post surgery (after being cleared to return to full workouts). Even with a very physically intense last 7 days despite the ridiculous heat wave here, I seem to be somewhat stuck at my current weight. Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful I haven't gained, just been working very hard :ohwell: ah well... what can we do, right? just keep eating well and exercising hard and it'll come off eventually...

This week has been the best week I have had in months in 5 days I have worked out over 400 mins and I am totally stoked. It has been a while since I have been this motivated I am totally feeling on top of the world looking foward to weighing Monday and kust in case the scale don't reflect my success I am going to continue to push foward I feel to good to let the scale stop me!!
