1. Tea with semi-skimmed milk
2. Pink lady apple
3. Porridge oats made with milk0 -
If you weed out the supplements, here's my top 3:
Coffee - Brewed from grounds
Cream - Half and half
Apples - Raw, with skin
I have coffee every morning, and half & half is something I'm not willing to give up. I just count the calories. I have an apple almost every day!0 -
Whole wheat bread
Red wine
Nutritional yeast
(At least bread came before wine!:)
That's awesome! It should have wine on mine, but doesn't, phew....
Instead I get Muesli Cereal, becel (!) and coffee, hahaha!0 -
Apple, Raw Honey, Banana0

I have never even looked at this before. Mine are so bad...
1. Robinsons double concentrate no added sugar apple and blackcurrant - I drink this hot all the time instead of tea and coffee as I have milk and sugar so it pushes the calories up. This is a lower calorie option which is just as warming.
2. Diet coke - I couldn't cold turkey fizzy drinks so instead I turned to diet coke. I have about a can a day.
3. Butter - now this is the really bad one but it is down to my breakfasts. When I first started on MFP I used to have a scone with butter for breakfast every morning. I try to mix up my breakfasts a bit more now and have muffins, granola and porridge as well, but butter is still high on the list!0 -
Alpro almond milk
essential waitrose semi skimmed milk
(both down to my coffee/tea love)
essentail waitrose chocolate mousse
(favorite chocolate, low cal chocolate dessert)0 -
1. Soy Sauce - I put 1/4-1/2 tsp on my rice and/or beans, which I have at most meals.
2. Rice - The reason this is higher than lentils on my list is because I just recently tried to increase my protein intake. For the first 2 weeks I was logging I ate rice with every meal, now I eat lentils or beans with every meal instead, but I do still add a little rice to my beans.
3. Almonds- Eat them every day for breakfast.
If you don't count the soy sauce because it is a condiment, the next food item is
4. Soy Milk - Usually have 6oz at night after my workouts.0 -

Clearly it's not accurate because the top item on mine is Quick Calories and I do not do that - I did it a few times way back when but that was it. That does not belong on my most used in ANY category.
But after that is Fresh Express 50/50 Spring Mix, Mission Corn Tortillas and Jim Beam w/ Diet Coke.
The Spring Mix is the only one that would be a true top most used. I've used wheat tortillas WAY more than the corn and there are a TON of things I have daily and weekly that would be more than I have Jim Beam w/ Diet coke.
This is in no way a true list of most used.0 -
My top three are:
Coffee
Nutella
Winn Dixie Fat Free Vanilla Creamer
If we're looking at "real" food:

Top 3 food food:
1. Chicken breast

I'm kind of surprised by my most used:
Coffee, 2% milk, bananas.
The coffee I drink daily, so I get that.
I haven't had 2% milk in quite awhile so I'm not sure why it's topping the list.
Bananas--I eat a few a week. Usually with breakfast or for a snack.
I thought for sure bacon was in the top 3 or 4 but I guess I don't eat it as much as I think I do..lol0 -
Light String Cheese
Protein Bars
Rice Chex0
