    Day 10 c0mpleted. The front of my legs are fine now and i can do them much quicker to.
    Was expecting my bum to burn, its not. Either i'm doing it wrong or its a leg only and not a bum exercise.
    Dont get me wrong i am in no ways complaining x

  • I started this on the 31st March I think, and am currently on day 11 I think.. Doing 110 today!!
    The first day was a killer.. Couldn't walk or sit down comfortably!
    I'm use to it now, and see the aches and pains as a positive that my muscles are working hard :) such a good challenge!! :) cannot wait to see the results!
    If their any good, may do it every month!! :D

    I do mine in sets of 5 with 20 reps. Now of course with the addition of more squats I will modify my reps and or sets.

    The idea i think is to get the benefit of the squats. As long as you are doing them.. Keep it up.

    Will only start today and I've already devised a plan on how I'm going to make 55 squats a day and more. This is gonna be fun and challenging but I'm determined. I'm also looking forward to reading how everybody does, at the end of the 30days. I'll finish 10 days after everybody but I'll be darned if I don't finish!!!! I feel so empowered :)
