I just started 8 days ago and have lost 3 pounds, I think my best foods to date are turkey patties and shredded broccoli like brocoslaw but no dressing I snack on it and it fills you up. I also snack eat quinoa at breakfast with a greek yogurt and some frozen berries about a 2/3 cup overall. That carries me along way. I exercise 3 days a week. I only want to lose 6 to 8 pounds tops
so feel good about my choices. Goodluck and enjoy

Interesting! mine was fiberwise (a fiber drink I have everyday) 2% milk, which I have in my coffee everyday, and scrambled eggs, I think because my breakfast is the most consistent meal. I was worried red wine might be in the top 3, but actually bud light was ranked 23rd:drinker:

Oh, nevermind. It was set to show breakfast foods only.

Now my top 3 are: coffee, weight watchers bread, Tim Horton's coffee with cream. Well that isn't much different. To make myself feel better I have to mention that the next two are red peppers and pink lady apples.
