Hi everyone, may I join this challenge?
Count to this point!
Day 1 - 50 squats - done
Day 2 - 55 squats
Day 3- 60 squats - did 50 will do the rest on 4-9
Day 4 - Rest - did 50
Day 5 - 70 squats
Day 6 - 75 squats - did 50 will do the rest on 4-9
Day 7 - 80 squats
Day 8 - Rest
Day 9- 100 squats - done + 10 from 4-3 + 25 from 4-6
Day 10 - 105 squats - Done
Day 11 - 110 squats
Day 12 - Rest
Day 13 - 130 squats
Day 14 - 135 squats
Day 15 - 140 squats
Day 16 - Rest
Day 17 - 150 squats
Day 18 - 155 squats
Day 19 - 160 squats
Day 20 - Rest
Day 21 - 180 squats
Day 22 - 185 squats
Day 23 - 190 squats
Day 24 - Rest
Day 25 - 220 squats
Day 26 - 225 squats
Day 27 - 230 squats
Day 28 - Rest
Day 29 - 240 squats

***Question, are we suppose to get these all done at once? LIke when we get up to 100 can we do 50 2 times a day?
I do mine in sets of 5 with 20 reps. Now of course with the addition of more squats I will modify my reps and or sets.
The idea i think is to get the benefit of the squats. As long as you are doing them.. Keep it up.0 -

Will only start today and I've already devised a plan on how I'm going to make 55 squats a day and more. This is gonna be fun and challenging but I'm determined. I'm also looking forward to reading how everybody does, at the end of the 30days. I'll finish 10 days after everybody but I'll be darned if I don't finish!!!! I feel so empowered0

wel am not able to do that many squats due to an injury but I am willing to commit to doing sqats daily................. i will start tomorrow morning. thanks for the idea/motivaiton..............this will help strengthen my achilles tendons..0
