wel am not able to do that many squats due to an injury but I am willing to commit to doing sqats daily................. i will start tomorrow morning. thanks for the idea/motivaiton..............this will help strengthen my achilles tendons..0

Im on day 9--- but i totally didnt pay attention to the schedule-- lol --- i thought i was supposed to do 85-- so i did them after my run this am.... turns out -- i owe myself another 15 squats---- after my Kettle bell circuit training class tonight!! Thanks for posting this--- and my husband will probably not love the additional--- as we are doing this together- but hes a few days behind.....0

Well, I'm glad everyone posted, and almost everyone is in. I have done them all at once so far, but I'm sure I will be breaking it down. Someone else posted that they did it in reps, in the challenge picture, it doesn't say you have to do them all at once. But I have a set time I work out, but if I do them through out the day, it shouldn't matter.0

I asked around to see what people said, and I have it under calisthenics, vigorous. They have it under strength, but it didn't give a calorie burned. I'm really not sure. What has everyone else put this under?0

I can be in... I started a mini challenge for 150 squats for 1 day, and have done that many for the last 3 days now... I need 50 more for today... And yes, I am sore, but it feels good to be sore!0
