I swear I'm not a creep! I just can't find many before and afters of the squat challenge, or at least ones that look real/believable! And I need that to know what's gonna happen!
You all are awesome, I still am learning to love squats before I can commit to this. I'll sign up for May, butt pics and all!0 -

Day 9 done! 100 regular squats and 100 plie squats both with a set of 5lb weights. I think my form is getting better because I could def feel more of a burn today. I also think I am seeing some tightening and more muscle along the backs of my thighs. Yay for this challenge!!0

After I finish my set of squats (and god they buuuurn!) I get immediately down and do 20 pushups, just because I feel like ive been neglecting my arms lol.0 -
