Yep count me in. I did 3 days of 30DS and it nearly killed me. I think the weights I was using were too heavy. My arms felt like they were going to drop off for a week after.
I said to myself I would try again starting today (with slightly ligher weights). Bring it on!!0 -

I am doing 30DS mixed with P90X. I can't do the same thng everyday . I have 2 rounds of P90X under my belt and 1 round of 30DS. I think it will be more fun to mix. I work out Mon- Fri and take the weekend off so I can still manage a social life and visiting
with my grandson and kids!0 -
As long as I can find it on youtube I am in...(I refuse to give Jillian Michaels my money after hearing a comment she made about pregnancy, however she does know what shes doing when it comes to weight loss) I just need to be held accountable...I started the c25k last summer but my running partner bailed and I did not keep up0

I tried it yesterday. I am so unfit I lasted 5 minutes - lol! I am just going to do gradually build up, as I could barely do one push up. But in those 5 minutes I felt it in my arms today.0

Reading all these posts makes me excited!! Love the support and motivation.
I have weighed in but cannot find my measuring tape to take measurements
Will have to grab a new one later and measure tomorrow.
Just finishing my morning coffee, then a quick tidy and then Miss Jillian and I are going to hang out.

Im in too! Starting day 1 today I downloaded youtube for my PS3 and found it on there so I have it on my big screen nothing like Jillian filling up my living room!! GET YO SHRED ON!!!0

I'm in, although going from straight couch potato, I doubt I'll get 10 days of each workout in in 30 days!! I've "done" 3 days, and still can't get all the way through the jumping jacks and jump rope, so I'm not going to start counting the "days" until I can do a complete workout without stopping, so I may be next week or later before I actually start counting days of level one before progressing to level two (if that makes any sense)....I'm close to fifty and WAY out of shape, and really don't want to push to the point of injury!!0

Starting today after work. I can't wait to be an after photo I have a few questions though if someone can please help:
1. I notice alot of people do 10 days each level is that what is recommended and should be done?
2. Is this the only workout for the day? Anyone else doing more or just this?
3. How many rest days? Should I go through a whole level without resting until the end of the 10 days. Would it work to do M-Sat. with Sunday rest?
Also, I have a tried & true tip.. I know how sore I'm going to be tomorrow from being sedentary to starting this exersice. I read that if you drink Chocolate Milk within 30 minutes of a workout it will help with the soreness. Something about it replenshing the nutrients in your bones.

I am starting the 30DS today too! I hope to finish it this time, I find it so boring! I am telling myself that it is only 20 mins a day, I can handle it : ) I am also going to do 30 mins of Zumba.

Hi! First thing: good luck to everybody is doing 30ds, hope you see the results you want!!
I need an advise! I'm 23 and i have to lose 20lb. I'm currently doing a running program to run 10km in less than 60minutes and i run 4 times a week. I started 30ds 3 days ago(every day) because i needed exercises for my arms and abdominals. I'm thinking of doing 30ds only 3-4 times a week (when i don't run), do you think it would work or i HAVE to do it every day? I don't want to stop my running program, maybe i should try another dvd? Did you have one to suggest?
