    Forgot to check in here. Started p90x week 3 so chest and back along with ab ripper. Added a few more reps to each move and really did feel a little stronger. How is everyone else doing?

    Just saw this and would love to join! I was thinking on my way in to work this morning that I need to focus more on smaller numbers or else I'm easily discouraged. This 20 pounder is great in comparison to 68... ugh.

    I walked 45 out of 60 minutes for lunch. Blessed with an hour and a mile track already steaked out. =)
