Stats :
23 yo, 5'9''
Day 1 : 237 pounds, ~35% Body fat
Day 90 : 191 pounds, ~22% Body fat
It's amazing what eating healthy foods and doing exercise can do to your body in just 90 days! Feeling so proud of myself, if I did it, anybody can! Hope this will inspire someone to do the sameI did the Regular Power 90 program for the first 60 days and the master series for the last 30 days, Now moving on to P90X! :noway:

Thanks for sharing! I'm starting out at a size 14 pants size too, but when I felt the healthiest in the past was when I was at a size 8. Seeing that you were able to do it in a year really gives me hope that I can be back to feeling great in a year as well!0 -

I need to do more recent photo's the last one on the end here is still basically how I look. But my weight is about 10 lbs difference. I'm 121 lbs now with 11 more pounds to lose before I start really focusing on muscle gain.
