Stats :
23 yo, 5'9''
Day 1 : 237 pounds, ~35% Body fat
Day 90 : 191 pounds, ~22% Body fat
It's amazing what eating healthy foods and doing exercise can do to your body in just 90 days! Feeling so proud of myself, if I did it, anybody can! Hope this will inspire someone to do the same I did the Regular Power 90 program for the first 60 days and the master series for the last 30 days, Now moving on to P90X! :noway:0 -

Thanks for sharing! I'm starting out at a size 14 pants size too, but when I felt the healthiest in the past was when I was at a size 8. Seeing that you were able to do it in a year really gives me hope that I can be back to feeling great in a year as well!0 -

I need to do more recent photo's the last one on the end here is still basically how I look. But my weight is about 10 lbs difference. I'm 121 lbs now with 11 more pounds to lose before I start really focusing on muscle gain.
