    As a side note, it has only been recently that I have fallen in love with hummus, sweet potatoes, and banana peppers. Seriously, it has made me somewhat depressed that I wasted 39 years not enjoying these gifts from heaven. I also hated avocadoes and mushrooms as a child, but now OMG yum.

    I love greek yogurt. It is just so thick and tastes so good! I also love nuts.

    I am just craving a regular healthy salad with turkey and small slices of roasted sweet potato, yum!!!! Apples and melon are my fav' too!!!

    Are you in America, because in your "Cravings", you have things I've never heard of??? Sounds lovely tho'!!!

    I make carrot fries that are totally awesome... 6oz of carrots are inhaled in like 3 minutes lol. All it takes is a bit of olive oil & light seasoning in the oven for 20mins.

    Tomatoes in EVERYTHING - egg scrambles, pasta, salads, sammiches... Is there anything you can't put tomatoes in?

    Vanilla Bean Greek yogurt from Trader Joe's is AMAZING - better than ice cream, I swear.

    Avocado! It is really had to only eat one a day sometimes. I could eat it all day, every day lol.

    Most fruits and berries really, but especially blueberries and strawberries! Avocados. Sweet Potato, in any form. Oatcakes (they are like biscuits, but with no sugar and about 45 calories each!). Good quality tea.

    Smoothies with peanut butter, frozen banana, milk and spinach. The most delicious thing ever.

    lots of kale, turmeric,raw ginger root, raw turmeric root, celery, garlic, apples, lemons, romaine lettuce, dandelion greens, jalapeno pepper, and Japanese sweet potato juiced ---sooooooooo craving this!
