Just started my journey in February....my "renewal" should be to change my exercise up in April. I was doing great first month (feb 17-Mar 17) but got busy/bored/comfortable/whatever and need to get back into a better exercise routine. I have kept the calories/diet in check...but can tell from the slow progress the last two weeks that the exercise is pretty critical for me to make progress.

I became a C25K graduate last Monday (4/15), and I ran my first 5K on Saturday! I had 2 goals: a) to run the entire 5K, and b) to finish within 40 minutes. I finished in 35:16 and never slowed to a walk!!! Time to start 5to10K!0 -
