Roast chicken with pumpkin, kumera, carrots and peas.
Chocolate and coffee protein bars. I need to learn not to fuss with the chocolate once they are dipped!
Protein rice crispy treats. Not a fail, but could be improved.1 -
Stewed chicken and sweet potatoes (and other veggies) over quinoa.
Thanksgiving Pizza. Roasted Sweet Potato, butternut squash, red onion and very thinly sliced red potatoes with mozzarella and ricotta.
Lemon layer cake with a mixed berry crumb topping and mascarpone frosting.
Brie and fruit and a salad with honey crisp apples and a blush wine vinaigrette.
Avocado, turkey and feta grilled cheese grilled on the grill. With compound Dijon butter from the garden.0 -
