I've come down to 190 from 224....
I have set my new weight goal to 145.. Just needing some photos for inspiration.. :D

    I'm not quite there yet. I have just weighed in at 158.5 on Saturday, but I am 5'4!

    The pictures read, January, 177 lbs, March 163 lbs and April 159.5 lbs.

    I'm 5'3 and 3/4 :) Starting weight was 192 and the weight in the pic on the right is about 142 ish...

    congrats on the weight loss. you coul always get inspiration pics on weightwatchers, or you tube. i love using myfitnesspal. it keeps one on track, if you remember to save it on your phone. the key to my weight loss is walking an hour a day at a brisk pace. If you need to break it up, 30 min at lunch and 30 min after supper.

    I am 5'4". I started at around 190, I am down to 141 or so now. I have a picture in my profile. I will see if I can upload a better picture later. Good luck ladies! I am still on the journey, wanting to get lose around probably 15-20 more. Just lots of self control and hard work!

    You look amazing, congratulations.

    Ugh, I feel like I will never get there. My eating and exercise habits have changed so much for the better in the past three months and I always bobble around the same 5 pound range...lose 3 pounds, gain two pounds, lose 1 % body faat, gain 2 % body fat...meh :(

    5'4" Heaviest ever 220lb and CW 155; I lost weight before joining MFP and I am fortunate to have found this website! I am currently down 1/2 of way to my MFP set goal of 30lbs. MFP SW 169, CW 155. I know I need to post pics, will make it a goal! :)

    I am 5'4" and started out at 187 and my goal is 145. I really like what I see so far with the before and after pics. I am currently at 166. 145 looks really good on our height by what I see in the pictures so I am glad that is what I set.

    A size 8? Dude that's awesome! I just use tinypic.com and upload my pictures then copy the forum link. Paste it on a forum and change the from that tothen post!  To the comment above yours. I eat a range from 1300-1700. I do Insanity, slowly throwing in some strength training so I can tone faster and gain more strength. Walk, jog when I feel up to it and I do Zumba every now and then.

    No photos as of right now. 5'5'' and went from 214 to 128.5 though. Keep reminding yourself of what you want and you'll get there.

    I don't have any "before" pictures because, quite honestly, I HATED to have pictures taken of my fat self. I'm a shrimpy 5'3" small. Started MFP in Sept. 2012 at 225.5 lbs, and now weigh 181.5 lbs. and still going strong.

    Oh, and I'm 53 years young, too. With 2 bad knees. And arthritis. :drinker: If I can do this, anyone can.

    It's crazy that I have no body pictures of me in 2012 only my before pictures everything else is just face shots.. Anyways I can't wait till I look good clothes off! Gotta get on that lifting heavy!

    I also don't really see a big difference but progress is progress even if I don't see it right now. I also know that every body is different so I can't compare my body shape to others. I need to stop that.
