      I just finished reading your story every word of it.. First I want say you look beautiful and should be so happy with your weight loss.... You are doing it, it is as you said very hard sometimes to say no to things. You are up and going and doing good things for you and your health best of luck in your continuing days as you will only feel better and better as you go... So happy for you!!!!

      It was hard when some of the people who made things hard were in my own family and one of my closest friends. :cry: I learned to keep my confidence up and put up a blocker when the negative comments come. And they do come, but the positive and supportive people outweigh the negativity. I just focus on the good and try to shrug off the bad. I refuse to let anyone take this accomplishment away from me! Thanks for your kind words!

      For those who you have distanced yourself from, it is their loss for not being able to commit to your changes and minimally be supportive to help you get healthy. I have seen similar issues with a couple of those I felt closer too and it has been hard but I just do my very best not to let it prohibnit me from following my path. YOU are what matters. Those with bad attitudes are either jealous or haven't mentally reached the mindset to become healthy so your changes only give them reason to be bitter/unsupportive.

      Kepp in Keeping on and you will reach all of your goals! You are doing fantastic!

      Wow! 100 pounds GONE!! You are an amazing woman (and your Dad sounds amazing too being such a good support)! I am so inspired by you. You are so beautiful and your story is so sweet about how you transformed the way you thought about yourself. I think a lot of us can relate to the feelings you had and some of us still struggle with those feelings. Thank you for posting such an inspirational story.
