            You're results are amazing! You can tell you do a lot of core work which is making your lower back muscles strong, giving you better posture and that lean midsection and I can see a nice 6 pack forming!  Looks like part of the tummy reduction is that she got her swayback fixed a bit, so her back doesn't curve as much. That'll put the tummy where it's supposed to go.
 You lost weight from your low back which makes it less curved. I can see real progress!Not as impressive as most, but still pleased with my 18lbs loss

 I didn't realise I had a swayback to fix! But now you say it maybe my back is abit dodgy looking!!
 I did the 30day shred youtube vidalas tarting at level one building up to level three and used MFP calorie counting to lose my stomach, I do at least 30minutes to an hour walking a day to get my bum and thighs down.0

 I was over 370 lbs but always carried my weight well due to being over 6'5". My family and friends were absolutely shocked to hear how much I actually weighed. In July of 2012 I had a few things happen in my life and I decided it was time to make a change. As of this past Friday I am down over 110 lbs and could not be happier with my decision to finally get myself together. I want to drop another 30 or so lbs and then worry about putting on a few in added muscle.
