    Here is my before and durring :) seeing these side by sides are always good motivation seeing how far you have come!

    Before @ about 218lbs ( I am 5'3) and currently @ about 190 ish

    Still a work in progress but, I'm loving feeling strong and healthy.

    Editing to try and figure out how to resize.

    Hi, if you go to Photobucket, click on the photo, then go EDIT and then go RESIZE it should work. I just typed in half of one of the measurements eg it was 850 so I typed in 425 and it automatically worked out the other size, clicked save = worked! Good luck.

    the close image tag at the end of both needs a / not just IMG. Hope that helps.

    I sooo can't wait for my "after" pictures. I'm still working on my after, but I'm pretty happy with my "now". As long as I never go back to"before" that's all that counts. You are all an inspiration, and very brave!
