    Hi, my name is Dawn and I just joined this site. I would like to join your group and be held accountable for getting those workouts in. I need to lose 22 lbs and it's very hard. My goal is to walk a minimum of 6 miles every day (m-f) and gradually move up to 8-10 miles a day. Thanks for setting up the goals and creating this blog. My weight fluctuates up and down with 10 lbs and I would like to stabilize it and get fit. Thanks again for the help!
