Good job everyone!! I don't have a photobucket account, but if you look through my profile photos I have a 20lb progress photo from 154lb to 135lb. Since then I've lost another 6-7ish pounds but have yet to take another progress photo.

here's mine...a work in progress of course, this is over a 4 month period (15 weeks actually) from Jan-Apr 2013:
caloric deficit + lifting heavy with compound movements, some HIIT, running hills, regular running thrown in, just kind of mix it up to prevent boredom, but my base is the heavy lifting (squats, deads, etc)

Over this time, I gained about 8 lbs of muscle. Now for a cut cycle and hopefully end up around 130 with 16% bf!

Mine's not a huge difference, but it surely motivates me! This is after my first month of weight training.

This is motivating for me as I'm adding strength training to my routine soon. Small results are still results and you should be proud of your accomplishments in one month!! Keep it up!!

The first two pictures are from 3 and half years ago, at my heaviest. I weighed almost 250 pounds (size 22/24 in pants) and I'm 5'5.
The third picture is from March of last year and that was taken shortly before I got pregnant with my third child. I weighed about 190 something there. (size 18 in pants) (Also I've got an 11 year old, 22 month old and 4 month old. o.O)
The fourth picture is me today at 169, 4 months post-partum! (size 14/16 pants)
I don't really have a set goal of weight that I would like to lose even though my ticker says 30 pounds. If it takes me a couple of years to lose it, I'm fine with that then. For now I'm just trying to make sure that I don't end up in the mid 200's. I would just like to be healthy and happy! I started out by cutting out all pop 3 years ago. Making the switch to water wasn't very hard at all. I also cut out a lot of the alcohol that I drank. When we go out to eat I try and make better food choices and I make a lot of stuff from scratch at home and eat my fruits and veggies. For exercise I've been starting to jog and I do pushups, situps, planks, squats and crunches. Eventually I plan on going to the gym, haha.

Great job everyone and good luck to those just starting out!!!!! Ya'll are a bunch of wonderful, BEAUTIFUL people. :)
