    I used to look so bloated everywhere!! Especially my face!!
    I love the last photo, you're actually able to see some definition in my arms!

    Your before pic looks so similar to where I was when I started a year ago. I lost 34 lbs and then stopped for a while. Now I am back at it and I hope that my end result looks as awesome as yours!
