    I need to BUMP this so I can vist daily to help get me started and keep me going.
    Thank you all for sharing, this is such a big help to know this weight loss can be done. Proof is in the pictures and I am looking forward to sharing mine one day!

    Great job everyone! I'm almost at my goal after 3 months of healthy eating and working out 5-6 times a week. Once I hit my goal weight the next stage is toning up!

    I used to look so bloated everywhere!! Especially my face!!
