    Great post, you look fabulous!!

    People need to remember that looking defined and muscular comes from loss of body fat, not from lifting. If you want to look more soft, you do NOT need to be weak. Lift heavy, just keep a little more body fat on you.

    and thanks everyone for the compliments. My goal is to have a 6 pack so I'm not there. But it is nice to know that where I am is considered attractive by many (even tho I am not satisfied)....


    I started mfp at 40% bf, lost 40 lbs total at this point (gained 8 lbs of muscle in that time too!)
    I can see two now, though originally I could only see the last one (you're very lovely, BTW). It's not your fault. It's my work, they have a lot of sites blocked, so sometimes, depending on where a photo is hosted, I can't see them. No worries, I can check it out later at home. You're beautiful. :flowerforyou:
