    What kind of program is JM's Body Revolution???

    It is a 90 day program and best described as circuit training. It alternates days between front of the body, back of the body and then cardio. There is also an eating program to follow, but I didn't follow it. It's about $100 and worth EVERY penny. There are infomercials all over for it - check it out!

    Edited to add: It starts you out at a lower impact and less challenging and then as you progress, so do the workouts! It continually challenges your body.
