How would you plan a 5000 calorie cheat day?

I'm not old enough to drink but the times I've had sips, I don't remember liking it. Besides i don't believe in drinking calories unless its reasonable like ~200 for a smoothie.
Being as you're so petite, do you worry you might feel sick to eat so much in one day?
Have any of the suggested menus appealed to you?0 -
cheese steaks, pizza and cupcakes ...all my favorite fat girl foods!!0

I wouldn't. That is not a cheat. That is an unhealthy binge.

You don't plan a 5000 calorie cheat day. You shouldn't plan a cheat day at all. The key to hitting your goals is dedication, why set yourself back 3 days of hard dieting just for one day of eating till you're lethargic and regret it?
Just keep doing what you're doing and if you've hit a plateu, try increasing certain macros for a day or two or even adding 2-400 calories.
imo, planning an excessive cheat day is not only stupid, but detrimental to your goals in the long run.
You sound like buckets of fun. :drinker:0 -
Seriously people. Unhealthy binge? Hasnt anyone looked at calorie counts these days? Go to Outback. Split a bloomin Onion. Eat the predinner salad. Steak. Baked Potato. Shrimp. Right there. Per the Outback Website over 3k calories alone. And Ive seen any number of people, big or small, eat that and more at Outback. Add dessert, a drink or two. People really need to get some kind of realization of calories. Maybe its a binge for some of you, but no need to judge the OP and call them gross and all sorts of the other stuff directed their way.0

Well I wouldn't...but hmm, get a deep dish pizza for lunch, go to TGIFridays for dinner (appetizer, full meal, desert), that alone ought to be fairly close.0

To the people saying they 'couldn't possibly eat that much!' - Just LOL at you all!
You're on MFP... So, let me guess... You became overweight by eating 1,200 calories a day, right?

So true. There aren't many things I wouldn't touch if I really really wanted the..but that Bloomin Onion is one of those things. Looked it up one time, that alone is insanity. If I was going to go to Outback maybe I'd eat a lighter breakfast and lunch, and have the $10 smallest steak (not big on steak but a little is nice) and go ahead and eat the baked potato and salad, and skip the desert as their deserts sorta suck anyhow.Seriously people. Wow. This thread topic plus that food diary seems like either a very elaborate troll job or a *very* strange relationship with food. Odd as it is, I'm leaning toward the former. Because, really, tell me who visits FIVE different restaurant buffets for lunch in a single day?0

I don't know if I'll feel sick but I'll find out (=
Oh yes I have decided on a whole Pizza Hut
pizza someone on the first page suggested. A huge ice cream sandwich, a couple KK donuts, a huge bacon and egg sandwich, and some other stuff I can't decide yet. Popular stuff like steaks, pastas, ribs, alcohol don't appeal to me for some reason.0 -
In for more ridiculous claims.0

Ever heard of guessing calories based on similar restaurants? I went to John's Incredible Pizza that day. They don't have nutritional info so I had to do my own homework.0 -

Umm...no. Some people are actually underweight and trying to gain weight the healthy way (tracking macros, etc.)0 -

Good point.
To that end, do you have any tips to make 1200 calories seem like enough food for an adult male?0 -
