I'm not quite there yet. I have just weighed in at 158.5 on Saturday, but I am 5'4!

The pictures read, January, 177 lbs, March 163 lbs and April 159.5 lbs.

Hope this helps a bit! Good luck to you! You can definitely do it!
Congrats on your progress so far! Amazing!

I'm 207 pounds my goal is to at least be in the normal weight BMI category, currently i'm at 36.7... Do you ladies have any tips that help with making this lifestyle change? Let me know!

Thank you to all the ladies that posted their successes!! I definitely needed that motivation!!

I'm 5'3 and currently weigh in at 150. Right now, my goal is to get down to 130 and re-evaluate the situation.

This is just the thread i needed to see You ladies are amazing with your results! ...

I am 5'4" @ 173 lb at last weigh in and reaching for a 30 lb loss... just had a baby 6 1/2 months ago and got a serious muffin top. I was nursing and didn't feel any weight loss from it, but have recently started weaning. My sweet tooth has been a serious crutch for me during pregnancy and after especially with all the stress I have in my life right now.
I got down to 135 lb before from 180 lb I'm praying i can do it again. But its scary cause my body is different now and I know it will be harder this time around and its super discouraging sometimes on top of not having the support system i wish i had and i used to have.

I have Turbo Jam, Power 90, Rev Abs, and Chalean Extreme at home and its been a struggle to get myself to commit to doing them and stick to a routine. I think I've finally decided just to do Turbo Jam until i get bored then switch to something else.

My mindset now is "take it 5 lbs at a time" I will get there i just have to commit for myself and my daughter!

I like to tell people that I am 5'5" first thing in the morning if I stand really tall (haha), but I probably am 5'4" but don't tell. I actually started out at 280lbs and currently weight 149lbs (loss of 131lbs). I have gone from morbidly obese to a healthy bmi in about 15 months. I did have a 3ish month slide very recently where I had gained back 13lbs but have lost them all plus an additional loss of 6lbs and only about 19lbs to my goal.

I went through my pictures and found some of me at 190 than at 149 to give you a comparison and I figure it is pretty darn close to your request.

    Comparisons of 190lbs versus 149lbs

And for a comparison between 280lbs and 155lbs

My first goal is 140ish lbs and I started at 203 lbs so it is nice to see ladies pictures. I am currently 168 so I am only 20 something pounds shy of my first goal.
