    My goal this month is 250 miles.
    5-1-13 14.19 miles Riding in to work
    5-2-13 14.34 miles Riding home from work
    5-3-13 8.48 miles Downtown Detroit Waterfront
    5-4-13 32.23 miles BTT Ride Downtown Detroit
    5-8-13 8.98 miles Island Lake Blue Trail
    I track all my rides with an app on my phone, burned a total of 5370Kcal in 6.8 hours with a distance of 78.2 miles.

    I'm pleased as punch with the three miles I put in today and the three miles I put in Monday. That's what, seven miles total for May. I need to build up some serious endurance so I can get some longer rides in.

    I just finally pulled my bike out this week. I am hoping to get 1500 miles in between now and the end of my kids summer break in September. I think I'm well on my way. :-)

    5/8 - 25mi
    5/9 - 22mi (towing a trail-a-bike AND a trailer)

    Total so far - 59mi
    Goal for the month - 200mi

    Hi! I just found this thread. I started biking again in April since the ice and snow is gone. :happy:

    So far in May:

    5/1 - 11 miles
    5/8 - 12 miles
    5/10 - 12 miles

    I hope to set a goal sometime this week. It all boils down to what the weather is. I have a nice park with a great trail to ride on. Lots of hills to climb and coast. Glad to see you all here. Keep up the good work! :smile:

    Today I did as difficult a ride as I have ever done. 49 miles, with temperatures reaching 95+. Stupid and proud. 182 miles done, 318 miles to go.
