every 3-4 weeks0

When i first started I weighed in twice a day. Now I just weigh myself every morning. It makes me really aware of what my body is doing and means I keep a very close eye on things.
I have a withings scale which links to fitbit and MFP and I follow it in trendweight.com so that I am following weight trends rather than individual variances.0 -
Lately, once a week, if I remember. I do not focus on my weight.
Right now my focus is how I feel. I cannot wait until my clothes are feeling too big!0 -
I've been doing it every single day, but man oh man I shouldn't. Seeing a bad number that means absolutely nothing can really bring your motivation down and make you feel like you're failing. Even if you know the number is because of water retention or whatever, actually seeing it is a huge bummer and hard to forget. I'm going to start weighing myself once every 3 to 4 days. My personal rule for when to weigh is either right when I wake up or if its during the day, set a timer for 3 hours after I last ingested something to give my body time to pee and poop and get some of that out for a good number.0

1-3 times a week. I know that my weight fluctuates a lot though due to my sodium levels. On days I eat out they're insanely high, and when I eat only home made food it's really low. I also try to weigh on an empty stomach. I really just pay attention to the mirror mostly though.0

I plan to weigh in once a week...0

I weigh daily (sometimes multiple times to see the types of fluctuations) but only record once a week.0

I haven't weighed myself in years. I keep my size 4-6 pants. When these get snug, I go on phase 1 for a week and increase my exercise. I've been able to keep my weight off this way for 12 years.0

Couple times a week0

Twice daily. Unfortunately I am too preoccupied with my weight than other things.0

Everytime go to gym find amusement in the 5 lbs fluctuate daily throughout a weeks time I record on Mondays though .0

Every day. I wake up, pee, jump on the scales  Official weigh-in day is Tuesday.
I'm still pretty new at this, and I like to see what fluctuations/trends my body has over a period of time. Sometimes I will weigh myself more than once a day just to see what's happening. I find it really interesting somedays when I weigh the same at night after food/exercise as I did first thing in the morning!!
At the moment the scale is steadily going down. I like it. Maybe as I get more comfortable with what I'm doing I will weigh myself less, however I think it will always be a habit - don't want to get fat again!!0 -
I usually hop on every morning before getting dressed and ready for work. I usually only track once a week (or once ever other week). I just find it amusing the fluctuation that occurs, but lately it's been extremely consistent and that helps me know if i'm eating something i really shouldn't (or having too many iced lattes). :-)0

I do exactly the same thing as you I can't stop myself from checking on a daily basis either.0

Morning and night. Morning to enter into MFP and my spreadsheet. Night because I am always curious how much weight I lose overnight. I was surprised to learn that on average, I lose about 1.4 lbs while sleeping 6 hours. I should sleep more.
Blue is weight, red is weight lost. The big gap is my 7 month plateau when I stopped tracking.
Could you work out any reason for your plateau? That amount of time would devastate me0 -
Everyday! It keeps me on track. I quit for a while in December/January and I gained 17 pounds! So I am back to everyday and I've lost 22 since March. It's not for everyone but it works for me.0

I weight every day but I log my weight once/week. I also do measurements once/month.0

4 times a week, but then I'm watching for trends rather than worrying about individual changes.0

I also weigh every morning but only log once a week.0 -
Biweekly or after a good dump (I feel so skinny afterwards) :bigsmile:0
