    Thanks for posting this. I'm getting desperate for help to plan out my "go to" shopping list. Hoping more people post their lists so I can check out a variety.

    One thing that stuck out to me.......8 dozen eggs .......sounds like a LOT for two weeks!

    Anyone have any ideas for healthy filling dinners that will keep me on track and my hubby happy?

    Whatever yo decide to make, i suggest cutting up vegetables and roasting them on 400 for 15 to 20 minutes....you can a eat a TON of them and they are delicious and assist in adhering if you are struggling with your calories.

    I roasted cauliflower with some chopped garlic and a little olive oil, SO good....or you can do zucchini, squash, and cherry tomatoes...really anything...and it adds a lot to the meal.

    And I agree, good lists! ~ I just so happen to be doing my online grocery order and this thread has incited me to add some items!

    Oh and one of my produce staples is a bag of pre-shredded cabbage (a cole slaw mix) ~ I love it heated up a bit in the microwave and topped with anything I'd put on pasta.
