wow, lots of posts here.
When I was a teen and early 20's and an athlete I was a very lean 125.
I'm 48 now and sure I have not retained the muscle I had back then.
I'd love to be 125 to 130 again but I'm sure it will be a whole different body make up.
So I'm not sure what I even should weigh.
Anything under 150 would be fabulous though.
I'm 5'5.5"0 -
I'm thinking I'd be happy at 135, but I won't know for sure until I get there. The 120s look pretty tempting.0

5'5 and goal is 140-1450
-
Same goal! I'm 5'6" and my goal weight is 1250
-
I'm 5'6 and my goal is 130, but we will see once I get there if I can shed an additional 5lbs.0
-
I'm 5'5.75" with a medium build aiming for 125-130! My first goal is 135, so once I get there hopefully I'll have a better idea of how much more I want to lose.0

I'm a touch under 5'5" (5'4.75") with a small frame and my temporary goal is 120. However, that is for running purposes and I'm going to evaluate my progress as I go. If it turns out I can hit my goal speed at 125 or 130, then I will be happy there. I have small bones and a small/medium frame.
Edited to add: my bodyfat percentage goal is somewhere between 18 and 20%, unless I can get faster higher. But I also need to get some actual weight off so that running is easier on my body.
Edited again to add: Once I have qualified for and run the Boston Marathon (I'm guessing I might end up as low as 115 for racing weight for that), I will probably let my body settle at a weight that allows for comfortable four-hour marathons. My guess is that will be closer to 125. But this is all guesswork at this point. I can't imagine myself trying to maintain 115, but I think 125 is realistic.0 -
I am 5'6" with a small-medium build. I was original at 120-125 but ended up becoming sick because of it with all of the running around I did.
Now I am a runner that weighs in between 130-135. I am healthy and proud of where I'm at.0 -
I'm 115 pounds right now... honestly I don't care so much about weight as getting toned in the spots I want.0

Mine is 145-150 which is a perfect size 6 for me!
Snap. I was 159 last time I weighed myself about 6 weeks ago, and I'm currently a UK12 which is a US8. Although I have some US8 trousers from Abercrombie & Fitch that are really loose on me. (I must be really cool and beautiful to wear those lol).0 -
I'm 5'5" and 128.
I want to get down to 115 but toned, not all fragile looking.0 -
1450
-
I'm 5'5" and my goal is 126.0

Hey all I was just wondering this for myself a few days ago. I am 5'6.5 and right now I am 141.5 (31 pounds down). My goal weight is 132. I am losing weight super slowly. And was wondering if I am even able to get down to that weight? My body fat is around 25%.0

I'm 5'6 and my goal weight is 130 and will be 50 in a few months. Like to get to that weight soon!!0
-
My UGW is 120 lbs. Now I am trying to lose 1 kg at a time for good. I am now 136 lb.0
-
I'm 5'6 and currently JUST reached 145 from 162
. I'm aiming for 140, but ideally 135. Feel free to add me!

I am 5'6 and weigh 127 right now. I was looking to get down to 120 but at my height that is on the way lower end. I should never weigh below 118 for my height. That would be considered underweight. I will be happy at 125 I think. Good luck!0
-
I am 5'6" and would love to be 125 again, but realistically I think 130-135 is do-able.0
-
5'4" goal is 135 ideally but I'll take 140. I'll fluctuate anyway.0

I'm 5'5'' and my current goal is 129, I'm 138 atm. I'm considering dropping it though as I did some 'ideal weight' calculations using some formulas and my perfect weight is supposed to be around 123 for my gender, height and age. However I have been trying to reach 129 for so long that I don't really want to move it when I'm so close to my goal! So what I think I'm gna do is get down to 129 and then decide if I want to lose any more. I may also have a break at this point and concentrate on being able to maintain. Ultimately I know that now I know my supposed 'perfect weight' I'm gna have a constant thing in the back of my head about wanting to reach it so I'm probably gna aim for 123 by the total end of my weight loss.0

I'm 5'5.5 and my goal weight is 137 (Random number I know, but it's where I felt my best/happiest!). My current weight is 145.0
-
I'm 5'5 my original goal was 130 pounds.. I obtained that goal but since then I have gained 5 pounds of muscle and look better
I no longer focus on the scale. My body composition keeps changing so I'm very happy with the progress I've been making.

My goals is also 125. However, if I can fit into my old jeans at 130, I will be ok with that too!0

My goal weight is to be 175lbs.. 2 reasons..
1. My doctor told me that was the weight he wanted me at.
2.ONEderland... I haven't seen it since..............0 -
I am 5'6", 53 years old, with a goal weight of 135 lbs. Looked and felt much better when I was there about 7 years ago.0
-
Im 5'6'', 32, and my goal is 140-150lbs0
-
I'm 5'5.5" and my goal weight is 130lbs (currently 136), but honestly I don't care about the scale number. A 36" hip and 20% or so body fat would be my preference.
I'd say I have a medium frame, but I do have a large rib cage and don't carry a lot of weight on my upper body, so when I get too close to 130lbs, the bones in my chest and ribs really show, but my butt and thighs are where I like them. Sigh. Guess I just need to hit the weights on the lower half more. If I'm going to have bigger thighs they might as well be super muscular!
ETA: I'm 37 years old.0 -
I am 5'6 my goal is 140. I look and feel my best at that weight. anything less i eat too little to maintain, much more than 140 i don't look or feel as good.0
