I'm 5'6 and I currently weigh 145... I want to get down tot 125.0

i am also 53 and my goal is 140 i feel so much more attractive at that weight. I've got 20 lbs to loose.0

I am 5'6" and with my age, I am looking to get down to 160. My short term goal is to get to 170 (I am 183 now). Even at 170, I really don't think I look too bad at 47 years old.0

I am 5'6" and 2 years ago I was 135 - 140lbs and every day I was in amazed at how my clothes fit and how I felt - even with no clothes. I think 125 is the lowest recommendation for my height, but I think that I might actually look older if I were 125 - might make my face look older.0

I'm 5'5 and my ultimate goal weight is to be 135-140 pounds or have a 25% body fat. Whatever comes first0

My goal weight is to be 175lbs.. 2 reasons..
1. My doctor told me that was the weight he wanted me at.
2.ONEderland... I haven't seen it since..............

I am 5'6" and 2 years ago I was 135 - 140lbs and every day I was in amazed at how my clothes fit and how I felt - even with no clothes. I think 125 is the lowest recommendation for my height, but I think that I might actually look older if I were 125 - might make my face look older.
Of course it will depend on muscle mass, but typically you could go to about 115 pounds and not be underweight.0 -
I'm 5'5 1/2 and my goal is 175. That will put me just out of plus sizes and that would make me very happy! once that happens I may set another goal, but just getting to that is going to be a lot of work!0

Well I'm 5'6 but I am a fair bit older than you. My goal weight is 140.0

I've only read a few replies and the differences in weight are pretty amazing!
I'm 5'6'' i'm currently 152lbs and feel fantastic! I'm aiming for 147 but if i don't get there i won't be worried as i feel great now.
When i was younger i got to 140 but doubt i'd get there now without looking ill.
I'd have to cut a limb off to get below 140!!0 -
I'm 5'5'' and about 107lbs. I'm looking to put on about 10lbs in muscle. Something to consider though is your body type! On paper I sound dangerously underweight but I've got longer than average legs, which totally changes what is considered a healthy weight. So don't forget to consider what is reasonable for your body type:)0

I don't really have one. I've been between 145 and 150 for two or three months. I'm not on "maintenance", but I really just don't care about the scale number. I'll weigh myself for the heck of it a couple times a week. I don't even take measurements anymore; I just go by how I look in the mirror and how my clothes fit. I wear a size 8 in almost everything not; I guess ultimately I'd like to wear a 4 or 6, but I don't have a "goal weight".0

I am just under 5'6 and my goal is around 135, I am currently at 142, down 28 pounds and it feels really good! But I would like to lose a few more and then focus on overall toning. I am 44.0

I'm 5'6.5" and I currently weigh in at 212 lbs. When I was in high school I was between 150-160 and a size 10. I'd really like to get down to 140 as my goal weight and see where I'm at with that in how it looks.
I figure that around the 130-140 range, it will be more about body fat percentage and wanting to tone since I'll have lost the fat I wanted to. Great question!0 -

I'm 5"6 and aiming for around 145. Once upon a time I was 135 and people told me I looked ill :-/ felt great at the time but not sustainable in the long term :-)0

5'6" and 41 years old. When I started this I was in the 140 - 145 range, but I am a bit soft and squishy. I am hoping to get down to 135, but have a higher percentage of muscle and lower percentage of body fat.0

I'm 5'6 and my goal is 160 (currently 170) and ultimate goal is 155. Im very curvy so going any lower for me would have me start to lose my lady lumps which I mos def want to keep0

I have been overweight for so long that I don't know for sure how low I can go! But my goal is 150, which would put me in the healthy BMI for my height, 5'6" and 54 years old. I have lost 20 pounds since February when I got serious, but was up as high as 206 a few years ago. I think I used to be in 130s and 140s back in the day! So we'll see how it goes! But going by BMI right now.0

Edit: just wanted to add that isn't too low for me, I've been 112, which was too low. Before i got in a relationship, i was 117-120. Just so I don't seem unrealistic/unhealthy.0 -

We're definitely all different. I have a small frame, so 118 would probably be okay on me (but much lower would be too low.) Lots of people have bigger bones and frames. It's nice to see the variations in desired weights in this thread!0 -
