Still getting better -- it'll happen ladies, just keep working . Still 15-20 lbs from goal, but I'm finally getting to the point where the abdominal fat below my belly button is starting to flatten out instead of bulge on either side of the belly button.

Not gone (I still have SOO far to go!!), but shrinking -- I feel hopeful! This has been over 3 months.

I was mortified at what my lower abdomen looked like after having my daughter. The first 2 months of good weight loss didn't seem to touch my tummy, but then the third month showed a noticeable difference to me.

Amazing! This is the last bit I'm really struggling to get rid of. Fingers crossed with a few more pounds it might start to go...!

I think I shed a couple tears looking at the before and afters. I was so worried I would be stuck with a yucky belly from losing weight. This gives me hope. I've never been obese but I've also always have some kind of a tummy no matter how small I got.

Same! It's my trouble spot, and that's where I want ALLLL the rest of my weight to disappear from!

Ditto friends, that's my toughie spot, I'm at a "healthy" weight, but even at my littlest (5'6" 128lbs smallest, current 143lb) it just wont go away! Not gonna lie, my lil sis and I named our belly pooches. Mine is Larry. Larry is a rude *kitten* that wears a wife beater, drinks beer, and laughs at me when I dodge a workout for cheese dip or beer or anything fun. On good days I cuss Larry out, workout hard, and eat all the right things. Can't wait to say goodbye, F u larry!!!

So much awesome inspiration in this thread but Zoukeira I can't thank you enough for sharing because we are body twins, lol; I've always been chubby and had a pooch, same height, your weight here is around my goal weight, etc. :)

Because I've never had a flat tummy my husband says it can't be done, grrr... but I say; clean eating, heavy lifting, running with sprint intervals, somebody just try and stop me. :D
My SW 198lb/89.9kg and during at 62kg/136lb (about 4kg/9lb ago):

Thanks ladies for sharing your pics and journey, I know now that with persistence and the healthy eating and right exercise, I will lose my belly. I weighed myself 19 april as my starting point 92.3kg about 203lb, so 5 weeks this sat i have completed MFP and to date lost 6.6 kg (15lbs) and I can already see the difference, now I can see the scales instead of having to move my belly away.....your all truely inspiring, my journey has only begun and I cannot wait to see the difference in my body shape....one question? Did you lose from your bust? I am hoping to as currently a 14 (Aus) double G. :noway:

My starting weight was 200. I am only at 187 right now but I have lost more inches than anything! I also have lost 2 pants sizes. I still have to tone my stomach area but I can feel some abs peaking through there waiting to emerge :)

the left is from the beginning of march. the right somewhere in between then.
    30ax9nt.jpg

the left was taken may 1st. the pink was taken yesterday, may 20. 20 day difference between the two.
    2yukpaf.jpg

just have to get rid of the flab covering my abs!!!!
