Today I ate 5 protein banana bread muffins, a chocolate chip poptart and a big granny smith apple - a total of 560 delicious calories : )0 -
I chopped up a medium granny smith apple, added about a 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries, a little less than a 1/4 cup of oats, 2 teaspoons of flax seed, and a cup of unsweetened almond milk.
Very filling, highly nutritious, and very low calorie.0 -

I had a whole grain high fiber bagel from trader joe's, lightly toasted with 2 tbsp of PB2 with a tsp of ground flaxseed stirred in and topped with raspberries. Yum!!0
