I chopped up a medium granny smith apple, added about a 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries, a little less than a 1/4 cup of oats, 2 teaspoons of flax seed, and a cup of unsweetened almond milk.

I had a whole grain high fiber bagel from trader joe's, lightly toasted with 2 tbsp of PB2 with a tsp of ground flaxseed stirred in and topped with raspberries. Yum!!0
